Virtual / Executive Assistant:

We are seeking a fantastic Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. We are looking for someone with technical skills and abilities. This is an hourly, independent contractor role (10-30 hours per month) with the potential to become full-time if there is mutual interest. We are not seeking an agency for this position. This is a role for an individual who wants to be on the ground-floor level of a dynamic growing organization. This position is remote but could potentially require some travel and flexibility and occasional evenings, and weekends.
Position Responsibilities: Support and assist the CEO | technical aptitude and proficiency or able/willing to learn: Kajabi, GoogleDocs, ConvertKit, ClickFunnels, Squarespace, BaseCamp, Airtable, and BuzzSprout | customer friendly with a “can-do” attitude to efficiently serve our customers | add/update basic content, blog posts, and podcasts | Creative problem solver | Strong attention to detail; Immense pride in producing a quality result; Ability to turn around assigned tasks quickly
Position Requirements: At least a year of experience as a virtual assistant | Excellent communication skill | Emotionally sound in moments of high stress and pressure | Command of the English language and can review and edit content | Quiet home work environment that includes reliable high-speed Internet access, and a computer.
Suggested Success Measures: Must love a challenge | Independent and incredibly amount of initiative | Efficient, and organized | Can handle direct and blunt feedback
